OKR vendors selection process
We have carefully picked a list of 17 OKR vendors for this study. We looked at data available on G2, WhatMatters.com, and popular comparison sites to establish the final list of vendors.
We always recommend using an OKR-first platform if you’re scaling your use of OKRs. However, we wanted to also look at the pricing of OKR modules for HR-centric and project management platforms. As a result you get a diverse selection of vendors.
OKR-first platforms
- Tability
- Viva Goals (discontinued in 2025)
- Quantive
- Perdoo
- Mooncamp
- Profit.co
- Betterworks
- Workboard
- Cascade
- JOP
- Weekdone
- Workpath

Pricing availability

Not all platforms have their pricing available. So, here’s a complete look at the platforms having a public pricing vs. the ones that require you to contact them.
Minimum spend

Some vendors will require to get a minimum number of users, contract duration, or even directly require a minimum contract value. This section takes a look at what your minimum budget will need to be to get started.
Monthly vs. annual plans
Can you go month-by-month, or do you have to buy an annual subscription? We looked at the commitment requirements of the different vendors to give you a complete picture here.
OKR tools that offer monthly subscriptions:
- Tability
- JOP
- Quantive
- ClickUp
- Weekdone
OKR tools that do not offer monthly subscriptions:
- Mooncamp
- Quantive
- Perdoo (min. 3 months)
- Quantive
- 15Five
- Viva Goals
- Lattice
- PatPat360
Most vendors will also offer different pricing plans. We haven’t listed all prices available but we looked at the bottom and top ends for each vendor.
In case of the platforms that offer more than OKRs, we looked at the lowest pricing tiers that give you access to their OKR module, and the highest pricing tiers that improves the capabilities of the OKR module. In some cases (15Five, Lattice…) there was only 1 upgrade possible to get the OKR module, so we listed it in the full features category.
Base pricing costs and savings
Full features pricing costs and savings
Note: Quantive is not included here because they only have 1 pricing plan that does not include SSO. We believe that SSO should always be part of a full features list.
12-month ownership cost of OKR software

Now, let’s say that you’re set on a tool and want to go all-in for the next 12 months. We thought we’d look at the ownership cost after a year for teams of various sizes. This gives a fairer comparison of ownership cost as many vendors require a 12-month or 10-user commitment.
We also decided to look at the full feature cost of the platform.
Some notes:
- Quantive does not include Standard SSO in this pricing. The pricing for SSO is not publicly available.
- PatPat360 and Lattice have a minimum contract value required of $4,000+
Who’s the winner?
This study only looks at the pricing data available for each solution. You’ll need to use it with a more complete OKR comparison guide that also looks at the features available for each platform.
But, if we focus solely on budget we can focus on 3 different categories to identify the best vendors:
- Lowest minimum spending – to identify the vendors that let you explore without requiring a huge commitment.
- Best value for 10 users – vendors with the best price if you want all the features with a small team
- Best value for 100 users – vendors with the best price if you want to scale
Here are you’re #1, #2, and #3 for each category.
That's it, we hope that this study is going to be useful and you can find the related data in this spreadsheet.
