OKR template to improve overall flight safety through targeted educational courses

The overarching aim of this OKR is to enhance flight safety, achieved through meticulous educational courses. An initial step towards this is to rigorously update the flight safety curriculum, integrating the most recent safety procedures. This endeavor involves drafting a comprehensive blueprint, researching current best practices as well as embedding these findings in the curriculum.

Another objective is to execute post-course assessments for pilots to spot areas in need of refinement. Essential initiatives include analyzing the given feedback, efficiently distributing evaluation forms to pilots and devising a thorough post-course assessment form.

This OKR also aims at ensuring that at least 90% of pilots pass the safety course at first attempt, thereby assuring a high standard of flight safety is adhered to. To accomplish this, a comprehensive pilot training program is to be implemented, frequent mock safety tests are to be conducted and personalized coaching is to be offered to pilots requiring additional help.

In essence, the OKR intends to create a combination of a thoroughly updated flight safety curriculum and rigorous evaluation systems to enhance overall flight safety.
