OKR template to enhance English proficiency through diligent study and improved writing

The OKR aims to enhance English proficiency through regular study and improved writing skills. Earning a minimum of 85% in weekly vocabulary and grammar tests is set as a measure of continued improvement. In order to achieve this, the individual will take practice quizzes frequently, ask for clarification when necessary, and devote an hour each day to studying and reviewing vocabulary and grammar.

The second objective captures the intent to complete three comprehensive English workbooks for advanced language study before the quarter ends. The aim is to fully study and review all workbooks. Furthermore, there is an emphasis on creating a daily study plan that will cover all workbooks and procuring three advanced English workbooks for language study.

Developing writing skills is another area of focus. Writing, revising, and refining four essays, and subsequently improving each based on a mentor's feedback is the third objective. The individual will be expected to write initial drafts of four different essays, get feedback from a language expert or mentor, and then revise and polish each essay accordingly.
