OKR template to enhance proficiency in English language

Your OKR template

The overall aim of this OKR is to enhance proficiency in the English language. This is achieved by setting out distinct ways to improve communication skills in English, namely through improving fluency and pronunciation, growing vocabulary and comprehension skills, and mastering advanced grammar.

The first objective is to practice speaking in English daily so as to improve fluency and pronunciation. This would involve watching English movies and spending some time every day conversing in English. Additionally, joining online language exchange communities to practice is suggested.

The OKR also recommends reading and summarizing five novels to expand vocabulary and understanding. To ensure effective learning, it suggests taking note of new vocabulary while reading, choosing novels from different genres, and writing a comprehensive summary for each one.

Another goal is to complete an advanced English grammar course with a 90% pass rate. This requires setting aside time daily for studying the course material, registering for the course, and diligently completing and reviewing all course assignments.
