OKR template to improve my memory and retention skills
This OKR is focused on enhancing memory and retention skills. The first objective is to start using a digital organizer to track and remind of important daily tasks, intending to increase reliance on it up to 100%. The initiatives to achieve this objective involve selecting a suitable digital organizer, inputting daily tasks into it and setting reminders for each task.
The next area of focus, as stated in the second objective, is to read and summarize a book every week. This exercise is planned to improve and evaluate recall abilities. The highlights of this action plan are choosing a book of interest every week, dedicating daily time for reading it, and summarizing it afterward.
There is an aim to devote 20 minutes daily to mindfulness mediation as it helps improve memory. Therefore, a quiet and peaceful location is to be set aside for daily meditation. Other requirements are researching mindfulness meditation methods that directly improve memory and setting a reminder for the daily meditation.
