OKR template to enhance the reliability of English language arts evaluations
This OKR is about enhancing the reliability of English Language Arts (ELA) evaluations. First goal is developing and trialling a new test protocol with a minimum of 100 students. The steps towards achieving this include identifying the trial group, designing the testing protocol, and collecting data from the trial.
The second objective focuses on comprehensive reviewing of current assessment methods by experts. Experts in the field need to be identified, and their feedback and recommendations need to be implemented. Then, these should be followed by a comprehensive review meeting with the identified experts.
The third aim is to achieve a 25% reduction in marking mismatches in comparison to previous benchmarks. For this, they plan to identify inconsistencies in earlier marking processes, monitor and adjust while comparing with previous benchmarks, and finally, implement improved standardized marking guidelines.
