OKR template to become a proficient Front End technical lead

The main objective of this OKR is achieving proficiency as a Front End technical lead. This job role involves both developing skills and leading others. To fulfil it, the person needs to mentor two junior Front End developers. This involves conducting workshops, assigning project tasks, and conducting weekly code reviews for feedback and guidance.

The next objective is the development and launch of five interactive websites using Front End technologies. These websites need to be thoroughly tested, adjusted and then launched. Additionally, a detailed design and functionality plan has to be created for each of these websites, and the front-end code for these has to be developed using the desired technologies.

This requires researching and selecting the three courses, enrolling in them, and regularly attending the classes and completing the assignments on time.
