This OKR aims to implement a client service and review process. The process will be created and documented next month along with the necessary information and detailed service procedures. The training program for the process will also be carried out, ensuring customer service representatives fully understand and apply this process.

The desired outcome includes having all customer service representatives trained and proficient in the implemented processes. This will be monitored and representatives' understanding and application of the process will be assessed.
