OKR template to earn an A grade in my English class
The OKR essentially focuses on securing an 'A' grade for an English class, primarily focusing on three outcomes. The first outcome involves getting at least 90% score for an essay written and revised every week. This involves revising the essay thoroughly and ensuring that it meets all the grade requirements.
The second outcome underlines maintaining a 95% attendance rate for all lectures and tutorials. This is supported by initiatives such as setting reminders or scheduling the lectures and tutorials in a personal calendar to prevent clashes with non-essential activities.
The third outcome focuses on mandatory reading, wherein the individual read and summarise an assigned book every two weeks. This includes creating daily reading schedules for the book and jotting down critical points from each chapter to summarise effectively.
Lastly, this OKR encourages individuality and self-responsibility, where the student has to self-manage his/her time and tasks to achieve an 'A' grade.
