The interviews are to be compiled into impactful stories, illuminating the real-life benefits of affordable housing. This process will comprise the identification of interviewees, compiling and writing their stories, and scheduling the interviews.
The final outcome set out in this OKR is the publication of a 30-page annual report. The report will showcase the impact stories and photos, providing a comprehensive demonstration of the project's impact. Tasks include report design and layout, compiling stories and achievements, and editing and publishing the final outcome.
All these activities will yield a valuable resource for external communication and marketing, impacting both public perception and driving further support for future initiatives. Everything will be considered successful when each outcome reaches its target score of 100%.
