The third outcome is to assemble an exhaustive draft proposal featuring an operational listing of at least 30 items. Drawing up a comprehensive list will facilitate the presentation of an effective proposal. The initiatives set to achieve this outcome include creating and incorporating a list of minimum 30 operational line items into the draft, and preparing a comprehensive draft proposal.
The main goal of this OKR is the creation of a universally approved optimal spending proposal, developed through careful benchmarking of successful strategies from like companies, and comprising of a comprehensive operational listing that will drive its acceptance and implementation in the organization.
