Your OKR template
The second outcome aims at achieving 100% course completion in advanced leadership training within the next quarter. This requires completing all assigned coursework timely, registering for advanced leadership training immediately, and devoting daily hours to study the course material.
The last outcome proposes the implementation of two actionable feedback items from instructors each month while tracking improvements. The action steps for this outcome involve monitoring and recording the progress of improvements, identifying two feedback items for action, and documenting instructor feedback in a centralized location.
In essence, the OKR targets improved leadership skills via personal mentorship, completion of advanced training, and implementing actionable feedback. Strict monitoring and recording of improvements form the underlying principle.
