OKR template to improve business acumen through literature

public-lib · Published 3 months ago

Your OKR template

The OKR focuses on enhancing business acumen through literature study. One objective targets writing concise summaries after each reading to reinforce the absorbed knowledge. This involves recording key points post reading, summarizing these points, and reviewing the summary for accuracy.

Another objective aims to consume 20 industry-specific articles weekly. This requires locating and bookmarking relevant articles, summarizing the articles for important insights, and allocating a dedicated daily time to read four articles.

A third objective is set to read at least three business-related books completely. Initiatives include selecting three business-related books, making sure to finish reading all books, and scheduling regular time for focused reading.

These objectives and their associated initiatives aim to reinforce learning, promote a regular reading habit and provide in-depth knowledge on business matters through reading various resources.
