This is subject to be determined through survey results, and the initiatives include setting up mechanisms to accumulate feedback on various aspects of learning. Organizing additional tutorials and interactive sessions, and enhancing the course material based on identified deficiencies are included in the plan.
Furthermore, the OKR seeks an upsurge in the course completion rate by 10 percent. This will be boosted by incorporating engaging multimedia into the course material. Additionally, motivational incentives will be used to encourage course completion, presenting a further drive for learners.
A notable aspect is the emphasis on personalized support and tutoring to aid learners. This is intended to provide a support system that will facilitate learning, contributing to achieving both higher completion rates and improving learner satisfaction.
