OKR template to improve my proficiency in academic English

This OKR aims to improve the individual's proficiency in academic English. A key objective includes writing and editing four academic essays that score above 85% according to rubric assessments. To achieve this, they will review rubric requirements and make necessary revisions, then research, write, and proofread their essays.

Another part of the OKR focuses on enhancing their English grammar skills. The goal is to complete two advanced English grammar online courses with a minimum score of 90%. To do so, they will dedicate study time for practice and test, research, and enroll in the courses, actively participating to ensure comprehension.

There is also an emphasis on engagement in academic discussions. The third goal is to participate in five English-speaking academic seminars. They will actively engage in the seminars, registering for the chosen ones after thorough research and selection.

Overall, this OKR aligns with the individual's agenda to hone their English speaking and writing skills. It includes well-structured initiatives, aimed at refining essay writing abilities, boosting grammar proficiency, and promoting interaction in academic settings.
