OKR template to fully integrate Abnormal Security tool in SecOps ecosystem with IT partnership
This OKR aims to fully integrate the Abnormal Security tool into the SecOps ecosystem in partnership with IT. The key goal is to leverage this tool to eliminate 75% of detected security threats by the end of the term. To achieve this, plans to use the tool to neutralize threats, identify and analyze them, and conducting training on it are key.
The OKR also sets an objective of achieving 90% tool deployment across all IT infrastructure within a quarter. This would involve identifying systems not yet using the tool, developing an implementation schedule for all the remaining infrastructure, and keeping a weekly track of the deployment progress.
Conducting three collaborative training sessions to foster seamless use and understanding among the SecOps team forms another objective of this OKR. This will require preparing relevant training materials and exercises, scheduling these sessions, and identifying appropriate training topics.
