OKR template to strengthen overall cybersecurity infrastructure
The OKR titled 'Strengthen overall cybersecurity infrastructure' aims to harden the digital defenses of an organization. One of its objectives is to conduct two simulated cyber-attack tests, create different scenarios and identify vulnerabilities in the system that need to be corrected.
Another objective within this OKR is to train almost everyone within the organization on the best cybersecurity practices. This consists of creating a complete cybersecurity training module, assessing the need for such training and implementing the training sessions themselves.
The final goal is to implement multifactor authentication on all of the organization's systems by the end of the quarter.
