OKR template to enhance proficiency in data-driven decision making

public-lib · Published 4 months ago

Your OKR template

This OKR aims to bolster proficiency in data-driven decision-making. The primary objective is to progressively use data to drive at least five significant business decisions. To achieve this, three initiatives have been outlined: identifying key metrics and datapoints, establishing a comprehensive data tracking system and routinely analyzing and interpreting data for insights.

Another key objective is to handle and interpret data from at least three different company projects effectively. This endeavor will involve: reporting findings to relevant teams, retrieving data from three diverse company projects and accurately analyzing the aggregated data.

To ensure the staff is equipped with the necessary skills, there's an objective to complete two online courses in data analytics from well-established platforms. To achieve this, staff needs to identify two such platforms, dedicate time regularly to complete the courses and sign up for a data analytics course on each platform.

This OKR places substantial emphasis on both the application and understanding of data analytics. It not only aims to directly impact business decisions but also aims to enrich employees' skills in data analytics, making the company more data driven in its strategic planning.
