OKR template to enhance the career development of our team members
Your OKR template
The first outcome aims to increase professional development workshop attendance by 20%. To achieve this, plans include guest speaker events, promotional campaigns across various platforms, and a referral program to encourage attendance.
The second outcome targets a 30% increase in internal promotion applications. This will be effected by promoting clarity in promotion criteria, creating heightened awareness of promotion opportunities, and implementing training programs to help boost employee skills.
The third and final outcome involves introducing individualized career development plans for every team member. Initiatives for this include drafting a standardized template, scheduling one-on-one discussions to personalize these plans, and establishing clear career paths for each team role.
