OKR template to develop AI-assisted cosmetics prototype with Korean OEM factories
Your OKR template
One of the target outcomes is to secure business partnerships with at least three Korean OEM factories. Achieving this involves identifying potential partners, initiating discussions and negotiations, and eventually finalizing formal partnership agreements to facilitate product collaboration.
Another outcome is to encourage influencers to create their unique cosmetics concepts using AI dialogue. This involves identifying interested influencers, training them on AI dialogue tools, and assisting them in their creative process.
Finally, there is a goal to showcase the developed prototype to influencers. Initiatives include understanding the market trends and user requirements, developing a product that aligns with these needs, and organizing a compelling showcase event for influencers.
