The OKR aims to successfully transition the PMMA-Smile connection to the BAPIQ mesh URL. Objectives include identifying and resolving all technical issues during the migration by the sixth week. This involves developing a thorough migration plan with technical checkpoints, immediately addressing and fixing identified problems, and consistently monitoring the system performance during the migration.
The second part of the objective is to entirely complete training of personnel on the new system operations within 8 weeks. The strategies include monitoring progress and providing extra support as required, scheduling and initiating system training sessions for every personnel, and ensuring all personnel are certified as trained within 8 weeks.
The final part of the objective is to ensure zero downtime during the last switchover to the BAPIQ mesh URL. Preparation includes developing a rollback strategy in case there's a failure, testing the connection and performance of the new BAPIQ mesh URL, and working hand in hand with the IT team to oversee a smooth final switchover.
