The OKR titled, "Master new relevant technical skills," is aimed at incorporating newly gained skills into actual work scenarios. The first objective focuses on applying these skills in three different projects. For this to happen, it is important to identify suitable projects and evaluate improvements made after implementing the new skills.
The second objective ensures that learning is continuous and up to par with current industry standards. This involves completing at least two comprehensive technical courses. Initiatives directed towards this goal involve researching relevant courses and ensuring regular attendance and completion of course requirements.
Along with completing courses, verification of learned concepts is also necessary. The third objective ensures a minimum of 85% score on all post-course assessments or certifications. The initiatives for achieving this scorecall for a well-structured study plan, dedicating daily study period and seeking help for challenging topics.
