OKR template to integrate security controls into development sprints

The primary goal with this OKR is to integrate security controls into the development sprints. The first objective is to successfully incorporate these controls into two sprints by the end of week 6. Steps for achieving this include implementing the controls during weeks 4-6, developing detailed integration plans by week 3, and identifying control requirements for both sprints in week 1.

The second objective aims to fully train the team on security control integration by the end of week 3. To achieve this, we need to provide comprehensive learning materials and resources, evaluate team members' understanding by the end of week 3, and schedule mandatory team training sessions on security control integration.

The third objective is to decrease security incidents by 40% by the end of week 9. This will involve measures such as implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity training for all employees, fostering a company-wide culture of security vigilance, and upgrading the existing security infrastructure and software.

This OKR thus focuses on incorporating security measures into the development process, training the team effectively on the same, and ultimately reducing security incidents significantly.
