OKR template to significantly reduce reported risks

public-lib · Published 4 months ago

Your OKR template

The overall aim of this OKR is to substantially decrease reported risks. An essential part of accomplishing this goal involves instituting training to better detect risks. Half of the team will be selected for this training, which entails development of a comprehensive course on risk detection.

In parallel, we aim to tackle about a fifth of existing risks monthly. The strategy to achieve this includes prioritizing risks based on impact and severity, documenting risk resolution progress, and implementing specific mitigation strategies tailored for each risk.

Simultaneously, a risk resolution protocol will be developed to ensure total compliance within the team. This calls for the creation of an easy-to-understand protocol, categorized analysis of existing risks based on likelihood and severity, alongside regular training sessions and monitoring for protocol adherence.

In essence, this OKR focuses on risk reduction, systematic risk detection, prioritization and resolution, alongside team training and compliance for risk resolution protocol. It’s about developing a stringent risk management structure while investing in capacity building.
