OKR template to establish a proficient grant research volunteer team
This OKR seeks to establish an adept team of volunteers proficient in grant research. The first target to achieve this is the recruitment and onboarding of 10 such volunteers, achieved through initiatives such as tailored recruitment ads, proficiency assessment via webinars or interviews, and designing an effective onboarding program.
The second objective under this title aims at securing a minimum of five grants successfully. This will be accomplished through the identification of relevant grants, preparation, and submission of compelling grant applications, and following up promptly on the application status and feedback.
The last key outcome is to develop and finalize at least 20 complete grant applications. The initiatives for this outcome involve identifying suitable grant opportunities, submitting completed applications, and creating, reviewing, and editing draft applications.
