The second objective is to earn an average score of 4.5 or more in a peer-leadership survey. This result will be accomplished by researching and implementing effective leadership strategies, regularly participating in leadership development workshops, and seeking constructive feedback from peers.
Lastly, the third objective is to facilitate five team meetings to enhance communication and decision-making skills. The strategy to achieve this involves providing resources and activities during meetings to improve these skills, creating an agenda focused on enhancing communication and decision-making skills, and planning and scheduling five team meetings in the upcoming period.
All objectives are set with a starting point of 0% completion and a target of 100% completion, providing a clear progression path.
