OKR template to streamline service requests via self-service platform

This OKR is focused on the project to streamline service requests by implementing a self-service platform. One of the main objectives is to substantially decrease manual service requests by 70% through the successful implementation of a self-service system. It aims to achieve this by developing comprehensive, user-friendly online self-service tools, training customers to use the service effectively, and continuously monitoring and improving the system.

Another objective is to train 80% of clients on the new self-service system within a 30-day period. The initiatives planned to achieve this include scheduling and conducting training sessions for clients, tracking and following up with clients who have not been trained, and coming up with a comprehensive training plan.

The final objective lies in having a user-friendly self-service portal, which includes all service request features, live within 60 days. The steps to achieve this include designing the layout and structure of the portal, developing the portal with all necessary features, as well as testing for usability and making necessary improvements.
