OKR template to strengthen and broaden critical thinking skills

public-lib · Published 6 months ago

Your OKR template

This OKR aims at reinforcing and widening critical thinking skills. The objective calls for carrying out several actions weekly and monthly that helps to achieve the goal of improved and expanded critical thinking. Firstly, three distinct, comprehensive problem-solving tasks should be addressed each week.

The initiatives related to the problem-solving task are to allocate specific time for each exercise's completion, evaluate and review the problem-solving process every week, and choose three unique, complex problems to solve each week. This ensures that the problems are approached intentionally and reflectively, with time for evaluation and learning.

Reading and critically analyzing two different academic or scientific articles each month forms the second objective. The initiatives include thoroughly reading each article, writing a critical analysis of each article, and selecting two academic or scientific articles. This helps improve analytical thinking and understanding while keeping abreast of academic or scientific developments.

Finally, the OKR also involves attending a logic or reasoning workshop or seminar each month. The initiatives include researching upcoming events, scheduling selected events into your personal calendar, and registering for one of interest each month. This encourages continued learning and engagement in critical thinking fields.
