OKR template to enhance transparency of reporting processes across all teams

The OKR's title is to enhance transparency of reporting processes across all teams. It consists of three objectives to achieve this. The first objective is to implement standardized reporting templates for all departmental requirements. The means to achieve this are implementing and distributing these standardized templates across all departments, identifying all departmental reporting requirements and designing templates to meet each of these requirements.

The second objective is to train 90% of team leaders in new reporting methodology by the end of the quarter. To accomplish this, they have planned to schedule and conduct training sessions for team leaders identified, confirm and document each leader's successful training completion, and identify the team leaders who require training in the new method.

The last objective is to gain at least 75% positive feedback on reporting transparency from staff. This will be achieved by actively soliciting and addressing staff feedback on the quality of the reports, providing staff with training to understand reports and by implementing communication about reporting processes that is frequent and clear.

The intended result is a notable improvement in the transparency of reporting processes in all the teams, which is to be achieved by standardizing reporting templates, conducting training sessions, and implementing improved communication about the said processes.
