OKR template to improve staff retention and foster a positive work culture

The primary goal of this OKR is to enhance staff retention and nurture a positive work culture. To attain this, we aim to elevate the internal employee satisfaction scores by executing rewarding programs, adopting clear communication strategies, and regularly conducting training and development programs.

Another key objective is to establish two new ways of improving the work culture. This will be done by carefully planning the implementation of selected activities and involving the team in their introduction while taking in their feedback. One initiative for this objective is to identify two suitable team-building activities or initiatives themselves.

We also target a 10% reduction in the employee turnover rate. In order to monitor and combat this, regular employee engagement and satisfaction surveys will be implemented. Alongside this, we aim to develop an all-inclusive employee benefits package and continuously offer opportunities for professional growth and training.
