public-lib · Published 6 months ago

Your OKR template

This OKR aims to increase individual self-assuredness and self-belief. The first key outcome consists of soliciting and incorporating feedback from five colleagues to refine work processes. Actions include identifying colleagues experienced in relevant processes, asking them for feedback, and implementing suggested changes.

The second key outcome aims at personal skill development by attending two professional workshops. The action plan involves identifying and registering for two interesting workshops, and scheduling time to attend these workshops.

The third key outcome focuses on successfully completing a challenging project while taking ownership and making key decisions. This involves identifying key decisions, planning action steps strategically, leading the team for project tasks, and ensuring thorough review and finalization of the project.

By achieving these key outcomes, the personal abilities and self-belief will be improved, leading to a more proactive involvement and leadership in work processes.
