OKR template to enhance QA analysis of each MCSS in the test repository
This OKR aims to ameliorate quality assurance (QA) review of each MCSS in the test repository. The primary objective is to conduct an exhaustive audit of all MCSS within the initial two weeks. The initiatives for attaining this include, launching MCSS audits, recognizing all domains needing audit, and preparing a detailed auditing itinerary.
The second objective is to design and instigate a new QA evaluation process to enhance test efficiency. Also, applying and monitoring this new QA evaluation method is a key initiative.
Objective number three is to identify and decrease test failures by 20% by enhancing testing precision. Implementing training on refined testing techniques and formulating more accurate testing protocols are steps in this direction.
