The overarching objective here is to enhance staff satisfaction to boost retention rates. This will be measured using three key outcomes - conducting a satisfaction survey, completing motivational trainings and implementing improvements identified in the survey. With the aim to achieve 90%, 95% and 100% rates respectively.

The first outcome focuses on conducting a satisfaction survey with a 90% participation rate. The initiatives under this outcome concentrate on developing an engaging survey, implementing strategies to ensure staff participation and tracking/reporting these rates on a regular basis.

The second outcome aims at achieving a 95% completion rate of motivational training for all team leads. This incorporates regular monitoring and recording of training attendances, scheduling training sessions for all team leads and sending reminders before these training sessions.

The third outcome involves implementing the top two improvements suggested in the survey. The plans for reaching this aim include immediate execution of the plan, establishing a team to manage and execute improvements and developing a detailed implementation plan.
